Confidentiality
I always strip out all references to your individual department. I sometimes add or delete information to help disguise the writer also. For example, if the writer might say they are the chief of a fire department in Idaho. I may change that to an assistant chief from a department in Missouri, just to add greater anonymity for the writer.
If in doubt, leave your your name and phone number and I will call you before I record a show.
However, you are not requiired to identify yourself when posing a question.
