Chief Gasaway holds bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees and he is a graduate of the prestigious National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program where he now serves as a resident faculty member.
Dr. Gasaway heard his doctor of philosophy degree while studying the neuroscience of decision making while working in high stress, high consequence, time compressed environments.
