Keynote Address
When we give a keynote address, our Associates immerse themselves into the organization or association. Our favorite messages are customized to your audience.
With more than 250 years collective experience as firefighters, paramedics, rescue providers and fire chiefs, we have a perspective on our vocation that is unique and inspiring.
We have seen worst and best of humanity and our keynotes often reflects on those experiences in a way that combines humor with compassion and inspires people into action.
Some recent keynote topic include:
We all start our careers wanting to be "THE" person... the one that everyone looks up to... the go-to person for knowledge or to get things done.
Sometimes though, in the process of living life things get out of focus and your attitide and drive may say slip. You find yourself becoming cynical about the things you used to care deeply about.
You've transgressed from being "THE" person... to being "THAT" person... the one that others try to avoid. The grumpy naysayer that offers more criticism than kind words and support.
It can happen. But you owe it to yourself and to others to get back on track... get your batteries charged back up... and get back in the game. It's a lot more fun and rewarding being "THE" person instead of "THAT" person.
The train is leaving the station. Do you want to be on the track, or under the track?
Is it just me, or is customer service a lost art in this country? It seems like just about everywhere I go the clerk or the waiter act like they're going me a favor to serve me.
Talking about serving the customer is one thing. Being able to provide service that makes your customer say WOW! is another.
Meeting customers expectations are easy. Provide a dependable and reliable product or service and do it consistently. Easy enough.
But how can you make your customer say WOW!? How can you get them telling everyone they know how great you are?
Exceed your customer's expectations and they will will become your biggest fan... and in the process you can watch your business grow exponentially.
Let me show you how to make your customers say WOW!
Every firefighter knows that all building fires will eventually go out. But the fires (problems) that burn within your organization can last for years and cause incredible amounts of damage.
The best way to extinguish a fire in your organization is through proactive fire prevention techniques (good leadership) and applying sound firefighting principles(problem solving and conflict resolution skills).
The best fire (problem) is the one prevented. In this keynote, I will share with you 5 successful fire prevention techniques and 5 effective firefighting principles to reduce the likelihood of your organization suffering a tragic loss from the ravages of fire (problems).
