Since 1992, the Gasaway Consulting group has been helping organizations and their leaders learn and grow, sharpen their focus,

Experts from the Gasaway Consulting Group have consulted with and presented over 1,000 leadership, command and operational-
oriented projects and programs to more than 500 organizations. Our presentations, journal articles, books, website downloads and
podcasts have reached more than 500,000 leaders and future leaders throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, United
Kingdom, The Netherlands, Borneo and Australia.

Our Associates are nationally recognized experts on emergency services leadership. We are experienced leaders. Every one of our
Associates has worked more than 20 years leading private organizations and commanding public agencies, including volunteer,
combination, and career fire and EMS departments. We understand how to improve the performance of teams and individuals, and
what it takes to develop competent managers who can make effective decisions.

Despite our collective education and experience, we are not a "jacks of all trades" consulting group and we don't have all the
answers. However, our Associates are very well-connected in the corporate and public sector communities. If you need a program
