* The referral fee is based on the net revenue collected from the first contract secured with a client
that is new business for the Gasaway Consulting Group. The referral fee will range from 5-10% of
revenue collected from the client up to a maximum of $400. The recipient may choose to receive a
cash or a gift card (your choice). There is no limit as to how many referrals can be made or how
much can be earned by the referring party per year.
It is very important that you provide the information about your referral to me and I confirm back to
you, in writing, that your referral is a qualified lead before they sign a contract for services. A
qualified lead is a department, agency, association, school, business or individual who has not
previously conducted business with the Gasaway Consulting Group, thus qualifying them as a "new"

The recipient of the referral fee shall be responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal,
state, and local taxes on income earned through this incentive program. This offer is void where
